Is there a level 3 EV charger?
Level 3 usually refers to DC fast charging for public stations, not a typical residential wall install.
Tesla home Wall Connectors are Level 2 equipment even though Tesla also operates public Superchargers.

Overnight home charging uses Level 1 or Level 2.
DC fast charging is for corridor stops and is a different equipment class entirely.
